Jim Roe – Founding member, previous life member. President, built original backyards.
Les and Glynis Brown – Founding member. Main founding stayers, lived at Ivanhoe and supplied most of the stock and gear like panels.
Jim Okenny – Founding member. One of the chief organisers and a past President.
Charlie Buckley – Oldest living member, work horse from the start and valued committee member up until 2012. 40 years service.
Vina Goulden-Buckley – Behind every good man (Charlie) is a better woman. To add to that Vina was part of the committee for many, many years.
Jim Ramage – One of the Instigators of the campdraft side of the event.
Errol Squires – He was the chief water man and ran the bars for many years. Just a solid contributor.
Richard Finke
Spud Murphy (deceased). Main barman for many, many years. In the old days running the bars without security was no mean feat.
Kerry Slingsby – Solid backyard man and was involved in putting stock together for events.
Clive Stone – Great organiser of people. If there was something to be done or sourced, he could get it done.
Alan and Roz Andrews – On the committee for many, many years. Great solid members and contributors and still today we have them here helping in some format.
Steve and Joanne – Steve was one solid backyard man with Charlie for many years. Jo was amazing in the office and just a kind lovely human to young and old.
Mick and Pat Murray – Both deceased. Mick was the president and Pat was in the office with Joanne Struber and Joanne Craig. Amazing people and a great guidance
Doug and Joanne Struber – Doug and Jo have now been part of the club for 27 years. They were supplying stock to this event then and still are today. Thank you for your service.
Tom Vickers – Never part of the committee but an ever-reliable go to person, every time we have had water issues. Day or Night. He has also volunteered huge amounts of his time with our recent developments and you can be thankful to him for the green grass you see today.
Joe and Cath Atkins – 25+ years of contribution to this community. They ran this club for over 10 years and are still helping today. Great people and great friends.
Sophie Cooke – Many years of orchestrating the events and the main driving force behind the improvements that have happened here over the past 12 years. She applied for grants, organised trades and contributed to getting this amazing facility to todays picture.
